WELCOME
My name is Julie Mustin; in my lifetime,
I cared for many people at the end of life and was a
volunteer firefighter.
I could not bear to see people go into rest homes when they spent a lifetime working so hard to
buy the perfect house of their dreams just to have succumbed to a rule-filled nursing home. As I matured and
people passed away, I carried the stories I had learned from those before me into
an industry called Trucking.
As a truck driver, I saw beautiful parts of the country that most people would never see in their lifetime. Then As
the years transcend, and the industry changes; the resources for the drivers and travelers are not so great.
The significant change in sit-down restaurants seems to dissipate, and the fast-food industry emerges.
To keep working, truck drivers must pass a DOT (Department Of Transportation) medical examination.
I saw more and more of my fellow driver being disqualified as drivers over their health dispositions and sent home.
So I started obtaining certifications in Trucking, health and wellness, and others.
What is causing this pandemic of obesity in America? Genetics, hormones,
and lifestyles can all lead to emotional distress and cause a person to feel
inadequate and overwhelmed.
When I (myself) fell into the morbid obesity pandemic of Trucking. I just fell short of disqualifying
myself.
Fourteen years ago, I weighed 130 pounds, and in 2013, after a second c-section, I was a whopping 300 pounds; I
knew I needed to do something about this.
I started years ago with the ISSA training program, and with the help of my medical professionals,
we have made significant strides in my journey to help myself and others.
We have so far found genetic compounds affecting
obesity, and for the rest of my life,
I must journey to a new lifestyle
However, I am willing to dedicate my life to a new lifestyle of helping other people.
I am a neutral person who backs people of any shape, size, health condition, and race.
